Secure Payment 
We use 'Nochex' for secure online UK card payment transactions. Nochex are a leading UK based secure online payment company. Stylish Country Gifts accepts all major UK credit and UK debit cards only.

PLEASE NOTE: all card transactions will appear on your card or bank statement as 'Nochex' and not as Stylish Country Gifts.

Prices
All prices on this website are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery
We will do our best to deliver within 3-7 working days to all UK addresses. Occasionally please allow for longer in some cases where stock may be low (14+ days). International deliveries will take longer (usually 5-28 days). We use the Royal Mail for all our deliveries within the UK and internationally. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit using Royal Mail delivery, however, if you wish for an item to be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery with compensation for loss or damage then please contact us for the extra Special Delivery costs and we will be pleased to offer this service to you for your extra peace of mind.

Privacy
Our customers privacy is of the highest importance to us and we do not release personal information to any third party for mailing or marketing purposes. We may send you emails from time to time with special offers or new products etc for our own marketing purposes at Stylish Country Gifts.

Returns Policy
We offer a replacement product of the same item if any item is delivered damaged: 
 
Damages should be notified immediately by telephone and then confirmed in writing within 7 days of receipt and the damaged goods returned to us within 30 days in order to receive a replacement product. Please enclose a copy of your order in the same returning package for our reference. No postage and packaging costs will be refunded however the replacement product will be posted without charge. Under no circumstances are any replacements offered on any seed, plant or other perishable goods. Stylish Country Gifts reserves the right to replace damaged goods and a replacement product of the same item will be sent to you as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged whilst being returned to us. Please ensure you retain proof of postage if returning damaged items for your own insurance as we cannot replace any returning items lost in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Product Variations
Some of our products are hand produced, hand made or hand carved and variations between individual pieces and the displayed examples shown on this website will occur. This is the nature and beauty of our hand crafted products - no two are exactly the same.
